04Experience — Discipline
Real worlds. Real responsibility.
Five years in the U.S. Navy, moving aircraft aboard a carrier, gave me discipline, adaptability, and a deep respect for mission-driven teamwork. It taught me to operate inside complex systems — and to stay precise when it matters most.
As a team leader I trained 45 licensed operators and built the evaluation rubrics we used to measure performance and safety.
